If you are having difficulty getting the perfect image with any of our equipment, we will set up an equivalent configuration in our studio and solve your problem and email you the solution, including images of the equipment used. If your problem is related to a digital camera issue with a camera that was not purchased from us, we will attempt to help you and may recommend a camera upgrade.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund (exclusive of shipping) within 30 days of purchase date.

With the exception of bulbs, all of our products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of purchase.

Ground shipping = 2 - 4 business days
Express shipping = Same day if ordered before 12:00 noon EST,
                               otherwise next day

Our shipping charges include a nominal handling fee. All of our ALZO products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Connecticut. Most of our Photogenic products are shipped factory direct. Our background paper products are shipped from different warehouses located on the east and west coast.
